Sarah has a background in education, media production, and international development. Formerly a documentary maker specialising in social impact films, in more recent years she managed communications for Camfed International before joining the UN Girls’ Education Initiative (UNGEI). Sarah holds a PhD in International Education from the University of Cambridge, where she also worked as a researcher. She is a serial volunteer and a passionate advocate for girls’ education, global health and enterprise of the socially aware, system changing variety.
